We can help transform an idle property with our fully invested refurbishment programme, and bring the property up to standard for the open rental market. In return we provide a full let management service for the duration of your loved one's care, or until the return of our investment is repaid.

This will offer long term equity protection on the property whilst offering an ongoing maintenance and upkeep service.

This wil not effect any benefits paid during time in care, as we will receive all rental income to recoup our investment and for storage of household belongings.

The package will be designed specifically to retain the care benefit received for your loved ones at all times.

Our Prep4Let project is to enhance the financial security and hard earned legacy of the property. 

This will include an appropriate tennant, regular payments of council tax (no unpleasant backdated bill after care), whilst offering a place to call home for those that currently require tenancy.

The agreement will continue up until point of sale is completed by family members, or by those with power of attorney.
